Listening to TSAT and Team Member feedback is important to our UDX culture. We heard from you that communication is an opportunity area and more specifically, Team Members want improved communications tools as part of their workplace experience.
Team Universal, available now for both Hollywood and Orlando-based Team Members, is a first step in addressing this feedback. It is a new, secure company intranet, that works on all screen sizes and devices. Team Universal serves serve as a ‘one-stop shop’ for Team Member needs, replacing UOTeam.com in Orlando and MyUSH in Hollywood.
The site is searchable and features links to common tools like:
- The NOW Portal
- ETDS (External Ticket Distribution System)
- UKG/Timekeeper
- Recognition systems
- and more!
It also allows Team Members to:

How do I access Team Universal?
Team Members will sign in to the Team Universal website using your SSO@uniparks.com login name and SSO password, as well as Duo Mobile MFA if from a personal device. To view Team Universal on your mobile device, you must use the Microsoft Edge mobile browser.

Do I need to be on the VPN to use Team Universal?
No, you do not have to be on VPN to use Team Universal. You will be required to sign in with your SSO and Duo Mobile MFA.
Can I access Team Universal if I am a Front of House Team Member?
Yes! All Team Members both Front and Back of House will have access to Team Universal.
